Survey area definition tool

The Survey Areas Definition Tool efficiently divides a user-defined survey area into a series of telescope fields of view, each containing an appropriate number of guide and wave-front sensor stars. Its present and future implementations include VISTA, UKIRT WFCAM and JCMT SCUBA-2 surveys.
